JobShift Job Search auto-apply sends a tailored CV and cover letter after you swipe right on a compatible offer. You choose each role. JobShift prepares the packet and submits it through the employer ATS or email.

Supported ATS families include Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Personio, Recruitee, and Welcome to the Jungle (WTTJ). When a board only accepts email, JobShift uses a managed mailbox instead of a silent skip.

How auto-apply works

  1. Import your CV once so JobShift can reuse skills, experience, and preferences.
  2. Swipe the JobShift job search feed. Right means apply. Left means pass.
  3. JobShift rewrites the resume, drafts a cover letter, and shows gaps you can edit.
  4. Submission uses the official ATS API when available, otherwise a documented email apply path.
  5. Status, questions, and follow-ups stay in your JobShift inbox.

Safety limits

  • A right-swipe authorizes only that application, not a standing mandate to apply everywhere.
  • Duplicate protections and an original-CV digest check stop accidental re-sends.
  • Each task has a three-attempt budget. An uncertain external effect is not retried as a success.
  • Candidate questions pause the run until you answer.
